By accessing or using Jifam, you accept these Terms and agree to follow them each time you use the Service.
You may use the Service only for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. Do not misuse the app, interfere with operations, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the Service to distribute harmful or unlawful material.
The entry screen is a session gate. It does not create a remote account, enable multiplayer identity, or transfer gameplay progress between devices.
Ship style, unlocked levels, volume, scores, combos, and other gameplay settings may be kept in the app's saved data. Progress may be lost if the app is removed or its data is cleared.
Use the Service fairly and do not attempt to manipulate gameplay, damage the app, or disrupt another person's use. Features, levels, assets, and service pages may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued.
The Service, including software, design, branding, interface, and original service materials, belongs to Jifam or its licensors. You may not copy, repackage, or redistribute the app or its materials except as allowed by law.
The Service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, score outcomes, and specific results, and we limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms are published means you accept the revised version.
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
